Like the header says, I'm hating our local weather lately.  JUST whan I thought that it was gonna start gettin' warmer, it got gold again.  What's even worse, the last few days, it's been weather of the up-again-down-again variety.  (All of which means that it's warm ONE day, and then freakin' danged COLD the next!!!)  Oooooo, I JUST wish that it would make up it's MIND one way or the other!

*sighs* The SAD thing is that it really WON'T start getting warm, and STAYING that way all through the summer until AFTER we here in the Ozark Mountain Area (Missouri, Arkansas; etc.) go through what we call "Blackberry Winter".  And what THAT is, is that it will stay this kinda back-and-forth type'a weather til thre blackberries bloom, and then start developing berries.  (Which are not only VERY delicious, but darned fun to pick!  (Barring the thorns AND the bugs (particularly JUNE Bug, IF you happen to be afraid of them.  (Probably why my various Muses and I couldn't get RAPH to go WITH us when we all went blackberry-picking with my RL family last year. )))  Sadly, though, they really don't start coming out god til late April-early May.  So, consequently, me and mine are stuck with the lousy weather.

EDIT: Well, the rain seems to moved OUT of our area for now, so that's a GOOD thing.  Hopefully, it will STAY that way for awhile, and let things dry out a bit.  Our darned basement flooded TWICE with all this deluge, so I hope that the wet stuff is out of here for GOO Dfor awhile!

Sorry if the edit didn't make much sense, but I didn't get much sleep last night.  Had a couple of the housepets (my mom's cat, Precious, and my Chihuahua, Pedro) in my room last night, and THEY suddenly decided that, rather than be sensible and let Mom/Aunt Wolfie get some sleep, they wanted to PLAY til 1 AM!  So, yeah, me mind is a bit on the FUZZY side right now.
